One of the highlights this year was a trip to Pembrookeshire in May. Well before the trip we had booked to see the Puffins on Staffa. Unfortunately, due to the poor weather the trip was cancelled, three times! In a last ditch attempt we booked for the final day of the trip. The morning was cloudy, wet and windy, which was not a good sign! However, as we arrived at the landing the mist began to clear and the weather was good enough to go out!
This was particularly challenging to shoot as the movement of the boat, wind and the speed puffins fly made tracking and getting sharp images entertaining. Here are some of my favourites!
